This class is designed for women only.  The focus is on safety from both standing and ground positions. It is a workout for both your body and your mind.

 Our 13 & up classes are offered to all experience levels. These Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to increase Self-confidence, Respect, Discipline, and integrity. Through drilling build muscle memory motor skills and overall health and conditioning, all the while learning and training in a positive setting.

 Our Lil Ninja program is designed to disguise fundamental movements for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fun and playful workouts. This creates a truly positive setting for both parents and Lil Ninjas.

 Our Mini Ninjas program is an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a focus on fundamental movements, motor skills, and cardiovascular health. With the emphasis on discipline, respect, self-confidence, and integrity all of which can be incorporated throughout their lives.

 Our stand up and striking class prepares students for a well-rounded training experience. You will learn a combination of boxing, muay thai, and mixed martial arts skills and drills. Open to men and women.
