Class Offerings

 Our 13 & up classes are offered to all experience levels. These Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to increase Self-confidence, Respect, Discipline, and integrity. Through drilling build muscle memory motor skills and overall health and conditioning, all the while learning and training in a positive setting.  

Ages 13 & up

Membership Options:

 1x weekly $80  

2x weekly $100 

Unlimited $120

Membership is paid monthly

Monday & Friday

 Beginners BJJ 6:00-7:00 pm

Wednesday

No GI 6-7 pm

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Advanced Jiu Jitsu 7-8 pm

 Our 13 & up classes are offered to all experience levels. These classes are a mix of styles from  to boxing, you will wear a rash guard and bottoms of your choosing, hand wraps, boxing gloves and shin . This is a great option for students who have tried the womens self defense class who would like to continue their pratice and skill building.

Our Kids program is an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the focus on fundamental movements, motor skills, and cardiovascular health. With the emphasis on discipline, respect, self-confidence, and integrity all which can be incorporated throughout their lives.       

Ages 7-12

Membership Options are:

 $70 for 1x weekly 

$90 for 2x weekly

Membership is Paid monthly
